In 2025, Country Garden delivered over nearly 170,000 homes. This brings the three-year cumulative total (2023–2025) to nearly 1.15 million units, maintaining its position as the No. 1 developer by delivery volume in China.

Country Garden ranked 460th on the Fortune Global 500 list. Notably, the Company has success in its domestic and offshore debt restructuring, marking a significant milestone in financial stabilization.

In 2024, Country Garden delivered over 380,000 homes across 31 provinces and 242 cities, with a cumulative delivery area of approximately 46.08 million square meters. Itsdelivery volume ranked among the top of the industry.

Throughout 2023, Country Garden delivered a total of over 600,000 homes, covering a gross floor area of approximately 71.62 million square meters across 31 provinces and 249 cities, ranking TOP1 of delivery volume in the whole industry. Country Garden has also been named to the Fortune Global 500 for the seventh consecutive year. 

Country Garden established the Technology Construction Group, and the commercial area of Country Garden Holdings construction robots exceeded 10 million square meters. Country Garden ranked 138th in Fortune Global 500.

Country Garden ranks 139th in Fortune Global 500, and its ranking has climbed for five consecutive years. Country Garden has launched the product series of "Xing” “Fu” “Yun” and “Tian”, and the “Home” service system.

The sales amount of Country Garden's equity contract reached CNY 570.66 billion, leading the industry. Country Garden ranked 147th in Fortune Global 500.

Bright Scholar (formerly Country Garden Education Group) was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
