Guided by the principle of 'Prioritizing Prevention, Enforcing Control, and Upholding Strict Compliance', Country Garden conducts safety assurance operations in strict adherence to the directive of 'Safety First, People-Centric'. Continuously we refine the safety management system and execute it strictly, and we also establish accountability mechanisms for potential risks and accident investigation review protocols to elevate overall safety performance.
We have formulated a number of internal regulations, strictly abiding by national laws and regulations such as the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China, the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Safety Production Management of Construction Projects and the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects. We conduct proactive hazard identification and ensure the remediation of critical risks.
We also revised Operation and Management System of Country Garden Group and other internal regulations to enhance its safety management and supervision. We set forth assessment metrics and standards while refining the delineation of accountability for safety incidents, thereby cascading the safety accountability system from the top down.

This framework delineates specific accountabilities across three core domains:
Project Management (6 Items): Including permit acquisition, schedule assurance, engineering documentation, expense assurance, tendering & contracting, and engineering supervision.
Quality Management (4 Items): Including material quality assurance, design integrity, drawing reviews, and process supervision.
Safety Management (6 Items):Including system construction, organizational structure & staffing, contract management, safety & civil construction measures, mandatory real-name worker registration systems, and ongoing process supervision.
Key Safety Control Priorities: "3+3" Protocol
We ensure full compliance with standards through safety organization, implementation of a mandatory real-name registration system, and workers’ health examinations. Additionally, it mandates stringent safety controls over critical construction operations, specifically targeting high-risk areas such as elevator shafts and scaffolding.
